Muasoft is a comprehensive Warranty and After-Sales Service Management Platform designed to manage Repair and Replacement Interventions across their entire lifecycle. The system streamlines the creation, assignment, tracking, and resolution of service requests while supporting laboratory operations, courier management, technical documentation, replacement device handling, and workflow-driven status transitions.

The platform operates through a role-based access control model to ensure secure and efficient process management. Super Admins have full authority over contracts, system configurations, user assignments, and intervention management. Seller Groups can monitor and track interventions associated with their network, while Seller Points are responsible for creating and managing customer service requests. Lab Managers oversee laboratory activities, assign tasks, and control workflow progression, whereas Lab Operators perform repair and replacement activities, update technical notes, and process assigned interventions.

Additionally, the platform incorporates contract-based validations, role-specific permissions, advanced search and filtering capabilities, reporting modules, audit trail tracking, and workflow automation.
