Samcom Technobrains designed and developed an AI-powered clinic communication and patient inquiry management platform that automates inbound call handling for healthcare providers. The platform enables clinics to manage patient inquiries, appointment-related requests, and urgent medical situations through AI-driven voice interactions.
When a patient calls the clinic's phone number, the AI assistant automatically answers the call, engages with the caller in natural conversation, gathers relevant information, determines the urgency level of the request, and processes the interaction without requiring immediate staff involvement.
All call details, patient information, conversation summaries, urgency classifications, and action items are pushed to the clinic dashboard in real time, allowing clinic staff to monitor and respond to critical cases efficiently.
The platform is built as a fully multi-tenant SaaS solution. A centralized Super Admin portal allows administrators to onboard new clinics, configure tenant-specific branding, upload logos, customize colors and themes, and manage clinic-level settings. Each clinic receives its own branded environment with automatic subdomain provisioning, providing a seamless white-label experience that reflects the clinic's identity while being managed from a single centralized platform.
The solution combines AI voice automation, workflow orchestration, real-time dashboard monitoring, and tenant management capabilities into a scalable healthcare communication ecosystem.
