- Bina provides a physical workflow in software with an admin panel.
- Bina software is very useful for many companies which sell products to their customers.
- Bina’s main admin creates a company and every company has its own domain with its own database tenant. So all companies are customers of bina’s main admin and companies buy our bina’s services which provides business flow for managing employee, customer, supplier and item with selling and purchase system.
- Bina has a facility to create employees as users and using the role management system and employees can login in the system and access modules based on roles.
Challenges:
- We face challenges to maintain Business Bookkeeping Records.
- This process involves several challenges that businesses commonly encounter.
- Need to track small small things for Business Bookkeeping Records.

Future Outlook:
In future, we will implement role based access control in this system. When an admin can login he/she will have all the access to the system. He/she will remove employee access as well as give them module wise access. We will implement report sending features. All the reports and documents will be sent for a particular customer or authority with their registered email addresses.

Bina software is a SaaS based web application. It is an intelligent ERP system for managing a business from start to finish. Its existing system covers 700 clients. This project covers all types of businesses like Printing and publishing, Ambulances, Customer service providers, Manufacturing plants of all kinds, etc. This is the new version of an existing system on the web. Bina software offers various kinds of features like sales, purchasing, customer relations, accounting, service management, etc. This system will print, preview, and download all the reports and send it into mail.
